Which pot is suitable for which amount of cabbage?
As a rule of thumb: 1 liter of pot volume = 1 medium-sized cabbage head . A 5-liter pot is suitable for 2 heads, and for 3-4 heads we recommend 10L+ .
Can I pickle other vegetables as well?
Absolutely! Carrots, beets, cucumbers, onions, or kimchi ingredients can also be wonderfully fermented.
