Vitamin B1 helps support fermentation.
It should definitely be added, especially to books that are already rotten.
It reduces fermentation problems.
At the same time, it leads to a saving of sulfurous acid, as it prevents the formation of substances that later bind sulfurous acid in the wine.
Furthermore, it is an enzyme that breaks down carbohydrates (sugar/starch) in the body, thus counteracting deficiency symptoms such as sleep disorders and lethargy.
Dosage: 0.6 mg per liter.
The 6g sachet contains 600mg of vitamin B1.
