Vacuum-dried yeast suspension that must first be prepared for use with water or juice in a ratio of 10:1.
Saccharomyces bayanus yeast strain, recommended for all red wines, for sparkling wine fermentation or secondary fermentation in case of stuck fermentation.
- Dry yeast 103: recommended for red wine, sparkling wine and secondary fermentations
- Fermentation temperature from 10-12°C
- Contents: 20g
