A 100 ml bottle is sufficient for 60 liters of juice.
For easily preserving pure fruit juices without heating and without vitamin loss. Stir in – done!
A preservative made from the substances: potassium sorbate (sorbic acid) against yeast cells and molds, and sodium benzoate (benzoic acid) against bacteria.
The effect is that microorganisms are hindered in their metabolic function and reproduction.
Storage under airtight conditions (fermentation lock) is possible for extended periods.
