Available in various package sizes:
- 50ml for approximately 30 liters of juice
- 200ml for approximately 120 liters of juice
For easily preserving pure fruit juices without heating and without vitamin loss. Stir in – done!
A preservative made from the substances potassium sorbate (sorbic acid) and sodium benzoate (benzoic acid). Its effect is to inhibit the metabolic function and reproduction of microorganisms.
Storage under airtight conditions (fermentation lock) is possible for extended periods.
Ideal for pickled preserves, such as vegetables in vinegar or pickled cucumbers, except: sauerkraut.
