The name of the yeast strains refers to their origin. They were isolated from the strains found there and are intended to contribute their beneficial properties during fermentation.

The recommended fermentation temperature is 10-25°C.
The living yeast cells in the nutrient liquid are under natural carbon dioxide pressure and therefore remain fully active long beyond the printed expiry date.
Do not shake before opening; rinse out the sediment and add it to the fruit juice.
