This smoker cabinet made of aluminized sheet steel is ideal for hot smoking, cold smoking and warm smoking of fish, meat and cheese.
Hanging or lying down smoking is no problem with dimensions of 70cm in height and 39cm in width.
Between the combustion chamber and the smoking chamber there is a perforated partition plate, so you can also use this smoker exclusively for heating and smoking with wood!
The oven can be hung on hooks or loaded with fish, meat or sausage on 5 additional levels.
You can also equip the oven with an electric heater or a gas burner.
