While a grill thermometer measures the temperature in the core of the meat, a smoker thermometer is used to control the temperature inside the smoker, smokehouse, or grill.
It is important that the smoker thermometer can be attached to the casing using the pin on the back.
This means a hole of approx. 14 mm must be drilled in your smoker or grill.
WARNING: The measuring range of 120°C must not be exceeded.
