Smoking is not only a traditional method for preserving meat and fish, it also turns a chicken or goose breast, a piece of lamb, or a freshly caught fish into a very special delicacy.
These smokers are suitable for hot and cold smoking, with the following basic equipment:
- sliding door

- thermometer
- Firebox
- 1 grid with 4 bars,
- drip tray
- smoking flour bowl
- 500g bag of smoking flour
Both smokers have a capacity for 20 fish, either lying down or hanging. (Heating system not included).
