The VSB electronic gatekeeper opens and closes optionally available vertical sliding doors on poultry and chicken coops, etc., at dusk.

The sensitivity of the integrated twilight switch is adjustable. Should an animal be under the sliding door during the closing process, the motor of the VSB electronic door opener will automatically stop upon contact.

The VSB features overload protection. The housings of all devices in the VSB series are extremely robust. The electronics are mounted on the underside of the circuit board using SMD technology and are protected against aggressive gases, moisture, and dirt with a baked-on special lacquer. The VSB is weatherproof and will not open during thunderstorms (lightning).

You have the choice between:.

• The basic unit and timer (with a timer switch) allow you to set the shutter to open, for example, at 8:00 AM and close at dusk. Opening it later has the advantage that foxes and martens are less active then, and if you live in the town center, your neighbors will be less disturbed.
• the basic unit & timer & automatic closing mechanism (+timer & SA) also with the advantage of the timer, as mentioned above, but additionally with an automatic closing mechanism, so you can simply open or close the slider during the day by holding a magnet against it without changing the clock.
• only the timer switch , if you want to upgrade a basic unit later.
