Oechsle scale 0 – 130 °Oe, with thermometer
Application:
The hydrometer is carefully immersed in a 250 ml measuring or graduated cylinder containing juice or young wine until it floats to the surface. The value at the point where the liquid intersects the hydrometer is read on the scale in degrees Oechsle.
The Oechsle scale with thermometer displays the correction value (measured value 20°C) on the thermometer scale.
Danger:
The thermometer must not exceed 40°C. reach or be exposed to a certain temperature
