Some fruits are very easy to crush, such as strawberries, raspberries, etc. However, to achieve a high juice yield with harder fruits, they must be crushed before pressing.

A fruit chopper greatly simplifies this process, allowing several kilograms of stone fruit to be easily processed in a short time. The chopped fruit can then be juiced using a spindle press.
