Nesting box 2M/FT Ø 26 mm

This nesting cavity has an inner diameter of 12 cm.

Thanks to its free-hanging suspension and conical roof, this nesting box effectively deters cats and martens. It is very popular in home gardens, especially in orchards, etc. – primarily where there are smaller trees with strong branches. It cannot be attached to the trunk.

As with all our SCHWEGLER nesting boxes, the advantage is that the front walls can be exchanged between sizes 1B and 2M as desired – depending on the frequency of the individual bird species and the usual entrance hole widths.

Installation:
Suspension type FT:
This type of hanging system, with the tree spacer and loop, is called the FT hanging system. It serves as a suspension point on the tree trunk and provides enhanced protection against cats, martens, and dormice. Aluminum nails are included.

Easy cleaning and inspection thanks to the removable front panel.

Residents:
