This innovative applicator for smoking nets will streamline your kitchen work involved in making homemade meat and cheese products. The applicator's special design—thanks to a funnel-shaped flange—allows you to place various products into the net while preventing the meat from slipping out.

The product is very easy to use thanks to the option of horizontal or vertical attachment to a worktop or other surfaces, such as a drawer or kitchen cabinet door – the insert is then applied to the net according to gravity. Using this net applicator saves time. You can pull a section of net onto it at once, enough for several pieces of meat or cheese.

The device is easy to use and clean. It is dishwasher safe.

The applicator fits various nets with diameters from 12 cm.

How to use:

  1. Attach the applicator to a kitchen or tabletop, or a vertical surface (e.g., a kitchen cabinet door), using clamps. The clamps can be mounted on the front or side of the applicator base.
  2. 1. Pull the appropriate length of netting onto the applicator tube. 2. Close the end of the netting with sausage clips and place it on the applicator.
  3. Place the meat or cheese in the applicator, holding the mesh with your other hand. Slide the insert towards the mesh so that the product is tightly compressed inside.
  4. After filling the net with the filling, close it tightly with butcher's twine or a sausage clip and trim off any excess. If you are preparing several pieces of meat in succession and using a sausage clip, attach two clips at once: one behind the filling and the other a little further on, then press the net between them. Your meat and cheese products are now ready for further processing – smoking, roasting, and poaching.
