Kranzdänzwernen are mainly used for the production of meat sausage, but are also well suited for other types of cooked and scalded sausage.
The intestinal casing consists of five layers that offer first-class barrier properties for sausage production.

The first number in the caliber size indicates the diameter, the second number the length of the artificial casing. Naturin casings are clear, except for caliber 43750, which is salmon-pink; this casing is colored and gives your sausage an attractive red appearance.
Application of Naturin coronary intestine:
- Immerse the artificial casings in a lukewarm 10-15% saline solution for 10 to 30 minutes.
- When filling and closing, ensure the device is set correctly.
- Use clips of the appropriate size when clipping.
- Fill the cooked sausage as usual, smoke as usual.
- Maximum brewing temperature 75°C
- Store artificial casings in a dry place at 5-23°C.
