Nalo artificial casing - without print
The Nalo Top artificial casing is ideally suited for the production of scalded and cooked sausages.
You can buy two different caliber sizes from us online:
Available in various caliber sizes:
- Caliber 60/50
- Caliber 90/50
suitable for:
unsmoked scalded and cooked sausage
Nalo Top application:
- Soak intensively for 30 minutes in lukewarm water.
- Fill firmly and without air bubbles to the recommended caliber.
- Heat to core temperature, cool with water to core temperature, approx. 25°C
- Store in a cool, dry place (up to 25°C)
