Marinade injectors are a worthwhile purchase because they allow you to season grilled food even better and keep it juicier.

A marinade injector allows you to inject liquid into the inside of the food being grilled, usually a liquid form of the marinade that was rubbed onto the outside of the food, but it can also be a pickling brine or other flavoring liquids such as bouillon, apple juice or, for example, beer.

A marinade injector can also be used for injection curing cooked ham.

Draw the marinade into the syringe with as little air as possible.

Pierce the meat at intervals of approximately 4cm and press the marinade into the meat with gentle pressure while already pulling the tip of the needle out again, in order to achieve the most even distribution possible.

Let the marinade soak in for a few hours.
