"Homemade liverwurst" hearty and robust with crumbled marjoram
Suitable for country-style liverwurst, homemade liverwurst,
white head cheese, coarse liver sausage, Thuringian liver sausage,
Liver roll, Kassel liver sausage and estate liver sausage.
Seasoning notes: marjoram, pepper and allspice.
Application:
