Salmon ham net red/white

Salmon ham net made of polyester, tightly woven (9 rubber threads per 10cm stretched length), red/white, heat resistant up to 120 °C.

Available in sizes 12, 14, 16, 18, 20.

Thanks to its composition, it can withstand high preparation temperatures. It is made from, among other things, polyester thread and natural rubber threads.

    The caliber size has nothing to do with the diameter in mm. A roasting net with a caliber of 16 is made of 16 meshes around its circumference and is designed for a filling tube with a diameter of 125 mm.
