Beef intestines are used for the larger sausages.
Thus, ring casings are suitable for stumps, cervelats, mettwurst, dry sausages such as salsiz, liver sausage, scalded sausage, meat sausage or blood sausage.
The intestines originate primarily from South America.
The product is dry-salted and vacuum-packed.

If stored properly and refrigerated, natural casings have a virtually unlimited shelf life. Instructions will be included with your order.
The largest calibers are well suited for blood sausages, liver sausages, salami; for cervelats, size 35/37 is recommended; the smallest calibers are suitable, for example, for salamettli.
