Description
Klaus Gritstein
Klaus Gritstein is ideal for ensuring a good supply of minerals. The ratio of calcium to magnesium is optimally balanced. In addition to 28% calcium, 1.7% phosphorus, 1.5% magnesium, and 1% sodium, it also contains physiologically significant amounts of potassium, iodine, cobalt, fluorine, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, selenium, and others.
Klaus Gritstein is ideal for pigeons, but laying quail also greatly appreciate it. Besides providing minerals and calcium, its compact form also makes it a valuable grazing object in the aviary. We particularly recommend providing a Klaus Gritstein for pecking in groups where birds tend to peck.
Available as a single stone or in a large box containing 16 pieces.
