Silica sol 100 ml
It is a negatively charged brightening agent that is usually used in combination with gelatin and possibly with an anti-gelling agent.
Dosage: Between 5 and 10 ml per 10 liters of wine.
Mirabelle/plum wines up to 15 ml per 10 liters.
Rhubarb wines up to 25 ml per 10 liters.
Honey wine (Mead) up to 50 ml per 10 liters.
When storing silica sol, please note that it is very sensitive to frost.
