The addition of potassium metabisulfite promotes the healthy and flavorful development of wine and wine-like beverages. The contents of one container are sufficient for the medium sulfurization of 10 liters of beverage and offer protection against vinegar taint and browning of the wine (oxidation).

Dosage: 0.5 – 1 g per 10 Ltr./kg juice or mash.
Application: 1. Immediately after pressing or mashing
2. Associated with the first/second tapping or before the
Bottle filling

Not intended for immediate consumption; dissolve the contents of the sachet in a little juice and mix well with the must, mash, or wine.
