Innovative product for home preparation of specialties

This innovative, spicy coating with spices is a new product on the market, guaranteeing excellent flavor, attractive appearance, and a pleasing shape for homemade dishes! It is exceptionally easy and quick to use. This multifunctional product is ideal for products from a 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) ham cooker. The coating can also be used for other purposes, such as cutting and applying spices to other homemade meat products (whether cooked, dried, or dry-cured), cheeses, roasts, pies, and fish—both fried and smoked. If using the coating without a ham cooker, it must fit snugly around the product. For example, in the case of cheese, the coating should be secured with a net or cheese mold to prevent shifting. Meat products should be placed in a roasting pan, roasting foil, or a smoking net.

The fleece on which the spices are distributed does not stick to the appliance and has an insulating function, eliminating the need for special bags for the ham cooker. Colorful, aromatic spices perfectly coat the dish.

Caution! This product is suitable for poaching, frying, and smoking (up to 180°C, provided the casing is in contact with the filling). The casing must not be soaked before use.

Instructions for use with a ham cooker:

  1. Wrap the dish in the covering - with the spices facing the food (which causes the spices to transfer into the food) and the light side of the fleece facing outwards.
  2. Place in the ham cooker and cook according to the instructions included with the appliance.
  3. After cooking, quickly cool the ham cooker and remove the dish in its casing.
  4. Slowly remove the fleece (the spices will remain in the food). Enjoy your meal!

*For crushed inserts, first place the cover in the device and then add the filling.


Instructions for use without a ham cooker:

If you are preparing the dish in a roasting pan, line the pan with the casing, spices facing up, then place the filling in the pan and roast according to your recipe. If you are using the casing to wrap cheese or smoked meat, secure the filling with a smoking net to prevent it from shifting. When preparing dishes in the oven, you can also wrap them in ovenproof foil. Ensure that the roasting or smoking temperature does not exceed 180°C (350°F)!

The packaging contains 2 sleeves adapted to a ham cooker with a capacity of 1.5 kg.
