Yeast nutrient salt for food
5 x 2g (5 portions of 2g each)
Dosage: approx. 4g per 10kg of mash / 10 liters of juice.
Addition: before fermentation, or during the initial fermentation phase.
Yeast nutrient provides the yeast with nitrogen compounds essential for survival.
Especially in wine batches with high sugar content, there is often a deficiency of these substances, which are important for the fermentation process.
Yeast nutrient salt 5x2g compensates for this deficiency and thus increases the yeast's performance. It enables rapid cell proliferation and quick final fermentation.
