Yeast nutrient salt for food
10 x 1g (10 portions of 1g each)
Dosage: approx. 4g per 10kg of mash / 10 liters of juice.
Addition: before fermentation, or during the initial fermentation phase.
Yeast nutrient provides the yeast with nitrogen compounds essential for survival.
Especially in wine batches with high sugar content, there is often a deficiency of these substances, which are important for the fermentation process.
Yeast nutrient salt (10 x 1g) compensates for this deficiency and thus increases the yeast's performance. It enables high cell proliferation and rapid final fermentation.
