Dosage: 2 to 4g per 10kg of mash / 10 liters of juice.
Addition: before fermentation, or during the initial fermentation phase.

This enables them to better process added sugars, achieve higher final alcohol levels, and ensure thorough and rapid fermentation. Yeast nutrient contains the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients essential for yeast cell reproduction and fermentation. Indispensable for diluted batches.
