A savory spice mix with a hint of caraway, without declarable allergens, containing chili, coriander, caraway, nutmeg and garlic for fine and coarse grilled sausages.
Ingredients:
Spices (coriander, 25% cumin, chili, nutmeg, garlic), table salt, spice extract (chili)
- May contain traces of mustard, celery and gluten.
Use:
Add the spice mix for homemade grilled sausage along with the usual amount of table salt while mincing the meat.
Bonus:
- 5-6g/kg sausage meat (manufacturer's recommendation)
- This is supplemented with approximately 18-24g/kg of salt.
