Handheld refractometer
Device for determining the sugar content of liquids.
The refractometer is equipped with automatic temperature correction (ATC).
Measurements taken at 10 to 30°C are automatically displayed with temperature correction.
Suitable for: Fruit, grapes, berries
BRIX: 0-32%, Oechsle 0-140°E, KMW (BABO) 0-27°
Application:
Only 1-2 drops of juice are needed per measurement, which are placed on a prism.
Pointing the eyepiece at a light source (daylight is sufficient), you look through an adjustable eyepiece and read the scale value in degrees, Oechsle, Brix or KMV directly at the boundary between light and dark.
Measurements can be taken in quick succession.
Temperature differences are automatically corrected.
