Recipe for pickled cucumbers
First, clean the cucumbers and then soak them in cold water overnight. The following day, drain the water and dry the cucumbers thoroughly.
Now put the cucumbers into the cucumber pot, add a tablespoon of peppercorns, three bay leaves and a little fresh dill.
Now prepare the brine: Boil 1 liter of water with a cup of vinegar and 50g of salt, then let it cool. Once the brine has cooled, pour it over the cucumbers. Cover the pot and let the cucumbers ferment for about 14 days.
After that, you can wash yourself with water and eat.
