For improving and refining the taste and shelf life of homemade wines made from apples, pears, grapes and berries.
Made according to an old family recipe using fruit pulp for flavor, sweetener for residual sweetness without secondary fermentation, and citric and lactic acids as flavor carriers and to improve shelf life. Even a cellar defect can usually be remedied by adding beverage base.

Dosage : 0.5 to 1.0 ml per liter of beverage. Before or after fermentation.
