Natural pectin made from apples, without preservatives
with excellent gelling properties
Contents (30g) for approx. 1kg fruit and 0.3-0.5kg sugar
- Rinse the fruit and cut it into small pieces.
- Mix the fruit pectin with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add 100ml of water and mix everything into the boiling fruit.
- Add the remaining sugar and cook until completely dissolved.
- To preserve the color of the jam and intensify the flavor, add a little more lemon juice or half a teaspoon of citric acid and stir everything thoroughly.
- Fill the hot jam into twist-off jars, seal them and turn them upside down.
