A traditional hand-operated meat grinder is an ideal appliance for healthy and natural cooking. It allows you to prepare fresh meatballs and sausages.
Perforated discs in three sizes enable the production of all types of sausages - from Frankfurter sausages, Weisswurst, traditional sausage to Krakauer and salami.
The machine can also be used for fruit processing.
It is equipped with a large pulley, which makes grinding the meat easier. With some technical know-how, the grinder can be powered by an electric motor.
Also included are three filling funnels with different diameters, which facilitate the filling of casings and sausage skins during the production of homemade sausages. If you want to fill pre-ground meat into casings, you will definitely need a guide disc.
The basic unit includes:
