Mode of action:
Fed-Pick, through its product properties (smell and taste), deters fighting and biting in pigs, as well as pecking in poultry; during transport and when combining new groups of pigs and poultry.
Composition:
2-porpanol; Oleum animale foetidum crudum
Do not use on ornamental birds, chicks, and pheasants!
Instructions for use
Capture the endangered animals and briefly spray the parts to be protected from close range.
Pigs:
When pigs from different pens or origins are brought together, they should be briefly sprayed on the neck, ears, tail and base of the tail to prevent the animals from biting each other.
Chickens:
When used on chickens, the eggs may have an unpleasant odor for the first few days after application. Therefore, it is recommended not to use the product for a few days.
The smell itself is perceived by the animals for up to 4 weeks , so the effect can last for this period.
