Traditionally, this knife was used on chopping blocks, hence the name "block knife".
The wide and stable blade has a perfect shape for distributing pieces of meat or cutting them to a desired size.
It is part of the standard equipment of a hobby butcher.
We offer block knives in various versions, in different lengths and two shapes:
