Processing instructions
- Soak in cold water for about 15 minutes (max. 25°C).
- Fill tightly, clip or tie off (do not prick)
- Cooking and smoking in one step.
- Set humidity to 60-90%
- Shower for about 15 minutes or cool down in a water bath.
- IMPORTANT: If smoky flavor and color are desired, do not dry beforehand.
