Measuring device for determining the concentration of sugar in must or beer wort in degrees Balling, as well as for determining the potential alcohol content in wine or beer (%).
One Balling degree (1°Blg) corresponds to approximately 10 g of sugar per 1 liter of juice (must).
The device was calibrated at a temperature of 20°C.

- Dipping spindle with three scales for measuring sugar concentration in g/l and degrees Blg, as well as the potential alcohol concentration in %
- Tubes for measurement
This beer hydrometer allows you to determine the correct bottling time for beer and beer for kegs.
Measure the original gravity with a hydrometer so that you can determine the later alcohol content.
