Bentonite 40g
Grape wines naturally contain unstable proteins in varying amounts, which precipitate at higher temperatures and also in combination with other components (metals, tannins). The wine becomes cloudy. Even clear wines should be treated with bentonite before bottling as a precaution.
Instructions: Soak in a little water or wine beforehand, then stir in well. After 1-2 days, remove from the sediment.
- Dosage for juice/must: 10 - 20 g / 10 liters
- Dosage for grape wines: 15 – 25 g / 10 liters
