These sliding doors for the chicken coop have the advantage that they do not warp in the cold, unlike wooden doors, for example.

Because the sliding mechanism moves smoothly up and down in the included strips, a fox cannot simply tear the door off.

Due to the low weight of the aluminium, these doors can also be very well combined with an electronic door opener, so that the chickens are safely protected when it gets dark.

Assembly:

The rails are made of an aluminum H-profile. The lower mounting holes are on the inside, the upper ones on the outside, preventing the slider from jamming. The slider moves approximately 1 cm within the rails. Therefore, if the rails are to be mounted flush with the hole, the hole must be no more than 18 cm wide.
