Measuring device for determining the alcohol content in distillates according to the density principle.
This requires a measuring cylinder, either stationary or matched to the length of the measuring spindle.
Measuring range: 0-25 vol. percent / without thermometer
Application : Carefully immerse the hydrometer in a 250 ml graduated or measuring cylinder containing the distillate until it floats freely. Read the value in volume percent (%Vol) on the scale at the point where the liquid intersects the cylinder.
