Activated charcoal 100g
This is purified wood or bone charcoal.
It is very porous and therefore has a very large surface area.
The offending flavors are bound to the surface and thus removed from the wine.
It should be taken into account that excessive dosage can also compromise the beneficial properties.
Dosage: 1 – 4 g per 10 liters, but a maximum of 10 g.
A preliminary test is recommended.
