Where should I put the juice?

There are several options. Traditionally, a glass demijohn is used, especially if it's encased in a wicker basket, like our demijohns, for example.

Various fermentation locks can be attached to the glass demijohns using a rubber stopper, allowing a good cider to slowly mature inside. For those simply needing a storage solution for their juice or must, we highly recommend the practical bag-in-box containers. The cardboard box that protects the bag can be reused multiple times. The smaller containers are becoming increasingly popular, both for personal use and as gifts.
